In Virus, players face the pandemic and compete to eradicate the virus by isolating a healthy body. Players can play cards or discard any number of cards, replenishing their hand to three. Cards can be one of four organs, one of four viruses, one of four pills, or a special action card. Players can only play one organ in their player area, and pills and viruses can be played on any organ, but only on the same color organ. The goal is to be the first to have four healthy organs.
